We have a zero tolerance policy against any forms of verbal and physical abuses towards our staff, facilities staff and tournament players and spectators. Such incidents will be reported to CFC, BCCF and local police department if needed.

-    For the purposes of anti-rating manipulation, the TDs reserve the rights to decide which section a player is, or is not, eligible to play in. The player can choose to agree with the TDs or withdraw from the tournament with a full refund of registration fee. This policy is in line with US Chess Minimum Ratings to take into consideration of unusually inconsistent performances of any player.
